Welcome
My journey with Sattva Yoga began in 2012 when I sought to deepen my connection to the path. What started as a physical practice quickly transformed into a path of self-discovery that has anchored me for over a decade.
In addition to my yoga practice, I have been a midwife for over 25 years. As the lead teacher for Sattva Prenatal Yoga, I feel blessed to bring together my two greatest passions: supporting women as they become mothers and sharing the expansive, integrative practices of Sattva Yoga.
In my classes, I aim to help you tap into your internal energy and discover your own innate strength. Whether you are navigating the powerful transition into motherhood or seeking a breakthrough, my goal is for you to leave our session feeling deeply connected, resilient and radiant.
When I'm not teaching or practicing you can find me hiking in the mountains, planting beautiful flower gardens or enjoying world travels.
I can't wait to move and breathe with you!
What I hope students experience in my class
My deepest hope is that students experience a profound homecoming to their own power. I want you to feel the shift from the noise of the external world into the vast, luminous space of your own internal energy. Whether you are preparing for birth or navigating a life transition, I hope you leave the session feeling deeply held, mentally clear, and vibrantly alive—carrying the resilience we cultivate in practice back into every area of your life.
What yoga means to me today:
To me, Sattva Yoga is a technology for evolution and a practice of conscious presence. Just as in birth, yoga teaches us how to breathe through intensity, find strength in softness, and trust the wisdom of our own bodies. It is the anchor that supports me to move through life with a clear mind and open heart.

We’re all on the path of life to grow and evolve. That’s what life is about.
Evolution in your life comes from your intention to shift from your current patterns into more life-affirming, life-giving ones. Often it’s the simplest practices that can challenge us to the depths of our core.
It can be easy to feel heavy, hopeless and that change is not possible. But this belief can keep you from taking the first step.
And what's the first step? Choose! Choose to want to evolve. Choose that you’ve had enough of a mundane life. Tell yourself you're ready to shift to a higher state of being.
The second step is to find a path that speaks to you, that resonates deeply with your choice to shift. A path that will support you in every step of your evolution to a life of joy, purpose and bliss.
The third step is not a step at all, it's a state of being. We cannot radiate until we connect with our inner state of radiance. As you start to evolve, you will naturally begin to connect to this state. When that occurs, you will effortlessly shine your light into the world.
