Prenatal - Mentoring & Yoga Session

60 minute session: $108 or 3 session package for $298


I invite you to a one-hour private Prenatal Yoga session designed specifically for your journey into motherhood.

We begin with a 15-20 minute heart-centered check-in to discuss your physical needs and intentions. I then guide you through a customized prenatal practice to build strength, find ease, and connect with your baby. You will receive a recording of our session so you can continue to nourish your body and mind throughout your pregnancy.

As a midwife for over 25 years, I created 9 Months of Blossoming to give you the integrative tools I know every mother needs. We guide you through the science of your changing body while sharing the technology of Sattva Yoga to support your mind. From easing common pregnancy discomforts to preparing your spirit for labor through movement and breath, this course is your sanctuary for a resilient and radiant pregnancy & birth.
