I love India and have been traveling to Rishikesh for over 11 years!

I am a Sattva Master yoga teacher, vedic astrologer, midwife and lover of life!

My partner and I have lived for extended periods of time over the past 3 years in India at the foot of the Himalayas, studying and teaching in the world-renowned Sattva Yoga Academy with Anand Mehrotra, founder of Sattva and Master Yogi.

In the years of studying with Anand Ji, I have learned & experienced that yoga is not just a practice, but an extraordinary technology for well-being, and above all, it is a radical change of point of view.

The path of "yoga", if followed to the end, will ask you to choose to free yourself, letting go of what makes you suffer and consciously choose to embrace a life of unconditional Joy.

I therefore invite you to explore this beautiful land and yogic practice to experience for yourself what enlivens in you!

I will guide you into what is my second home, and introduce you to incredible India.

During our time, we will be at the beautiful Sattva Retreat, nestled in nature at the foothills of the Himalayas.  For the first week, we’ll be a part of the Sattva Summit– a boutique conscious gathering, offering the opportunity for Yogis from across the globe to gather as a community, for a week of deep healing, expansion and reasonless joy. 

The Sattva Summit is an experience that will enrich and transform your life regardless of where you are on the yogic path.  You can be new to yoga or a seasoned teacher…. The Sattva Summit will meet you where you’re at.

After the Sattva Summit, we will have 3 days to discover the beauty that Rishikesh has to offer, such as hikes to Himalayan villages, temple tours, Ganga dips, cave meditations, ayurvedic spa treatments, and much more!
