Meditation Practice for Brain Balancing and Healing

This 10 minute meditation practice which uses a technique called Brain Bija Kriya, is profoundly helpful for decreasing anxiety, harmonizing and balancing the brain, healing the brain after injury or surgery, and improving attention and focus.

I’ve found it very helpful for calming and centering before sleep each night.

It focuses on three mantras: Hrim, Shrim, and Klim. Chanting these sounds while moving your focused attention from the frontal lobe, to the left hemisphere to the right hemisphere.

I recommend to practice for 10 minutes each evening for 40 days. Then email me (aditi@evolveandradiate.com) and let me know what you notice has shifted for you. Almost everyone I know who has consistently done this practice has noticed a positive shift and change.
